The temperature under the influence of cooling tower fan effect is lower than that of outdoor air, and cold and heat exchange is carried out with water in tower body, thus achieving the way of reducing water temperature. Energy-saving cooling tower maintenance methods are as follows:
1. After the installation of the energy-saving cooling tower, the debris and dirt on the pipe, water collector, filler surface and water collection tank should be carefully removed to avoid blockage.
2, energy-saving cooling tower before use, should be tested. Check whether the fan and tower are installed smoothly, whether the water distributor operates normally, whether the water distribution nozzle is evenly discharged, and whether the moisture-proof measures of the motor are tight.
3. When using the energy-saving cooling tower, you should always observe and check the operation of the fan, including current, voltage, fan vibration, noise, gear oil level, whether there is oil leakage or whether the belt drive is loose, whether there is slippage, whether the water distribution is normal, etc.
4, belt drive bearing seat, to add lubricating grease, usually with a grease gun to fill once a month, every year of continuous operation, all dismantled and replaced once. Always pay attention to the fastening of the connecting parts and bolts.
