As the main core of circulating water cooling in industrial production, cooling tower affects the cost and efficiency of industrial production in China. Improper use of cooling towers in industrial production will cause the equipment to dissipate heat in time, production stagnation, and high water temperature. Cooling tower packing is the main factor to promote water and heat circulation, therefore, to choose high-quality cooling tower packing.
Standard size of cross-flow cooling tower packing
The distance between the top of the cooling tower packing and the lower end of the fan should be 1.2 times the diameter of the fan.
Standard angle of packing for counterflow cooling tower
1. When building a counterflow cooling tower, the angle between the top of the packing and the air flow section should be controlled within 90 degrees. A flat top cover is adopted, and a diversion ring is set under it. The angle between the water collector and the air flow section should be controlled at 90-120 degrees.
2. For the top of the contraction type tower, the top angle of the contraction section cover plate should be controlled between 90-110 degrees.
3. The inclination angle of the water filler is controlled between 5-8 degrees.
4. In the process of use, in order to prevent the short circuit between the air and the bottom of the filler to the water surface, spare circulation measures should be set up.
How to clean cooling tower packing
cooling tower packing cleaning method (I):
Manually clean the scale and slag falling off in the cooling tower;
Rinse the filler repeatedly with a high-pressure water gun to remove the sludge and scale under cleaning;
Dissolve the TNB safe and efficient descaling agent with hot water at about 50 ℃, and then wash the filler repeatedly with a washing pump until the scale is washed clean (if the filler has a long service life, causing aging and collapse, it is recommended to replace the filler), and add bactericidal and algaecide to completely kill biological algae and bacteria;
Make sure that all parts of the system are cleaned, and then drain the waste water;
Rinse the filler and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water;
Restore all parts of the system and replenish water to use;
After all recovery, please Party A management personnel acceptance;
Evacuate Party B's articles and clean the site;

cooling tower packing cleaning method (II):
1, temporary use of plastic cloth to build a large pool;
2. Add the cleaning agent to the water;
3. Remove the filler from the cooling tower and put it into the medicine pool to soak;
4. Wash the soaked filler with clean water and put it back into the cooling tower;
5. Place the cloth with medicine on the water replenishing device of the cooling tower, and soak and dredge the water replenishing device mouth;
6, the same method will be used to clean the cooling tower chassis scale;
7. Rinse the packing and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water;
